Every Mufasa broom starts as hand-picked grass from Mizoram, sorted by length and density, then sun-dried so the bristles stay springy and shed less. Each broom is tied by hand in our Chennai workshop, trimmed, and checked for weight and balance before it is packed.
Brooms: natural Mizoram broom grass, industrial-grade binding thread, and a galvanised steel or recycled plastic handle.
Floor mats: reusable and machine-washable. Wash cold and dry flat.
Care: tap your broom clean after use and store it hanging or upright, bristles up, so it keeps its shape. Keep it dry between uses.
Free shipping on orders above ₹999 across India. Below that, charges are calculated by pincode and shown at checkout.
Orders are packed and dispatched from Chennai within 1–2 business days and usually arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch. Brooms ship plastic-free in a 120 cm carton, so make sure someone can receive a long parcel.
Cash on Delivery: pay in full on delivery plus a ₹99 COD charge, or pay ₹99 online as an advance and it is deducted from the amount due on delivery.
Damaged, defective, wrong or missing items: email support@mufasabrooms.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos or an unboxing video. We will replace it or refund you.
